Reopening Announcement!

We are excited to announce that we will be reopening on Monday June 22nd, 2020.

 

Online bookings will start on Monday June 15th.

 

We are opening, but it is not business as usual. We continue to monitor this situation and follow the guidance of Alberta Health Services, the City of Calgary, and the regulatory boards that govern Massage Therapists.

 

We are very much committed to the health and well-being of our clients and staff, as well as the public at large so we ask that you please be patient with us as we have introduced the following minimum protocols:

  • ALL clients need to have an appointment to enter the clinic. You may book your appointment online at phoenixmassageyyc.ca or by calling us in advance. If you arrive and do not have an appointment, please call us at (403) 454-5374 and we will do our very best to accommodate you.

 

  • ALL clients are asked to arrive 5 minutes before their appointment. If you happen to arrive earlier, please remain in your vehicle until your scheduled time and one of our receptionists will let you in. Your treatment will begin and end on time.

 

  • ALL clients will be required to wash their hands upon entry.

 

  • ALL clients are required to complete the online intake form prior to arriving for their appointment. The COVID-19 pre-screening and e-waiver has already been incorporated into the form.

 

  • Required PPE will be worn by all staff and clients.

 

  • Employee wellness checks will be conducted at the start of each shift.

 

  • Client wellness checks will be conducted at booking and check-in.

 

  • Touchless payment via Debit/Visa/MasterCard will be implemented and online pre-payments will be made available soon.

 

  • The time between treatments will be extended to allow for additional sanitization between clients.

 

  • Reception, restroom, and entry touchpoints will be sanitized between clients.

 

  • Our entryway and reception area will be re-configured to allow for social distancing.

In addition to the measures listed above, we also reserve the right to politely ask clients to reschedule appointments should they exhibit symptoms related to COVID-19. Should such a situation arise, be assured that we will handle it with discretion and compassion.
